The speakers: insights from practice and research

Taglieber Holzbau – Tradition meets ecological innovation

At Taglieber Holzbau, decades of carpentry expertise are combined with state-of-the-art ecological construction methods and technology. The goal is to create living spaces that meet the highest quality standards while actively contributing to climate protection. The use of natural materials creates a healthy indoor climate that supports everyday well-being.

In the presentation “Small Living with High Comfort,” you will learn how a Tiny House can meet the standards of a fully functional home and how this concept can be adapted to different life situations and age groups. In addition to quality standards, the talk will also cover project implementation from planning to execution, as well as a realistic market assessment.

Campus Feuchtwangen – Research that makes energy tangible

At Campus Feuchtwangen, Hochschule Ansbach, we work on innovative projects in sustainable construction, energy-efficient building technology, and the increasing digitalization and networking of modern energy systems.

As part of the BMFTR-funded research project HoTMuS (High-Efficiency Tiny House Model Settlement), we are investigating how user behavior and different boundary conditions influence the heating energy demand in Tiny Houses.

The presentation “Small Living Space, Big Impact – Energy and User Influence in Tiny Houses (HoTMuS)” builds on these findings and provides insights into the interaction between buildings and users.

TEV e.V. – Shaping the future together

TEV e.V. is committed to sustainable and community-oriented housing forms that enable people of all generations to live independently in harmony with the environment and available resources.

In the talk “Community Tiny House Settlements: Sustainable, Accessible, Cooperative,” we show how the Tiny House concept not only helps save energy and reduces maintenance and operating costs, but also opens up new pathways for care, community, and neighborhood living. With practical examples and proven solutions, we aim to provide impulses on how future housing can be designed in a flexible, ecological, and social way.
